Ed Ryan, keeper of Probation Department “legislative sponsor lists” granted federal immunity

The Boston Herald is reporting that both Federal and State prosecutors have granted two of Probation Commissioner Joseph O’Brien’s deputies immunity from prosectution.  The two are Edward P.
