Hedlund lone Senate vote against DeLeo-Jones Budget

Yesterday, Jim Lyons (R-Andover) and Marc Lombardo (R-Billerica) outlined seven major reasons they voted against the DeLeo-Jones FY15 Budget.  They were two of seven representatives that did so.
