Bielat jumps in, and Cogliano says Sullivan 98% of the way there

The Boston Herald is reporting that Sean Bielat has taken out papers to run for the United State Senate special election.  In addition Plymouth County GOP Chair, Vince Cogliano, has told the Boston Herald that Michael Sullivan is 98% there in making an announcement.

Bielat joins former judge and state representative Dan Winslow of Norfolk andConhasset businessman Gabriel Gomez in the Republican primary. Former U.S. attorney Michael Sullivan also is considering a run. Former Plymouth Republican state committee member Christopher Fava said Sullivan was expected to make an announcement as soon as today. Plymouth County Republican Chairman Vince Cogliano said Sullivan has told supporters he’s “98 percent in.”
