The United States ‘can go to hell’…

It’s an old story, but Venezuela’s oil chief said that the United States can go to hell when asked about the economic sanctions placed on it due to its relationship with Iran.

Well folks, it seems from this week’s headlines we have arrived.

Gas is once again $4 per gallon.  Take that you oil chugging bastards!

The car that is immune to high gas prices, and was forced on us by Obama costs $49,000 too little.  Yup, GM loses $49,000 per Volt.

The highest paid public school teachers in America are on strike because they want more…more….well, more everything.

The US embassy in Libya is under attack.  The Ambassador and 3 others US citizens are dead.

The embassy in Cairo Egypt is under attack.

Embassies in Armenia, Burundi, Kuwait, Sudan, Tunisia and Zambia may be next.

There were fewer jobs in private enterprise offered recently, but public workers worked less than their counterparts in the private sector.

The middle class is poorer than it used to be 10 years ago.  And those who lose their job regain work at lower wages.  Which is not much consolation for retires who earn 10% less as they approach retirement.

A record number of Americans have given up looking for work – no link needed…

The national debt is at an all time high – no link needed.  Moody’s is considering downgrading our debt.

Other than that things are good.  Sounds like we are on the cusp of hell right now.
