Where exactly is the “better place”?

Ann Romney said in her convention speech,

No one will move heaven and earth like Mitt Romney to make this country a better place to live!

and toward the end

You can trust Mitt. He will take us to a better place, just as he took me home safely from that dance.

Well, I don’t trust Mitt, because he’s been cagey about where that “Better Place” is, and what is meant by moving Heaven and Earth to get there. Mormons are taught specific prophecies about the future and about Heaven and Earth. Lincoln Cannon of the Mormon Transhumanist Association explains how Mormons move Heaven and Earth, essentially by swapping them through works:

Mormonism, from its beginnings (long before “Transhumanism” became a word), has been concerned with bringing about desirable futures, in our material universe on this planet. As Joseph Smith put it, this Earth will become heaven. As Brigham Young (who led the Mormon pioneers to Utah) put it, the only heaven we will ever attain to is the one we make ourselves.

Romney has kept his views on same-sex reproduction, genetic engineering of children, and protecting natural reproductive rights hidden, never responding to my visits to the State House when he was Governor, or my letters, or my emails, or my blog posts. So there is no way to know what their “better place” is like.
