Secretary Bialecki: It’s Been 5 Weeks, When Should I Expect the People’s Records?

You may remember that on March 5, 2012 I sent a public records request to Greg Bialecki, Secretary of the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, regarding documents in his department’s possession regarding Michael McLaughlin.  After numerous emails from his team stating, we hope to have these to you next week, I’m wondering where the documents are.

Here is the public records request that was sent on March 5, 2012.

I’m wondering if this week, will be the “next week”, that I receive the documents requested?
