You may remember that on March 5, 2012 I sent a public records request to Greg Bialecki, Secretary of the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, regarding documents in his department’s possession regarding Michael McLaughlin. After numerous emails from his team stating, we hope to have these to you next week, I’m wondering where the documents are.
Here is the public records request that was sent on March 5, 2012.

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10).
I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following documents:
• All communications, electronic-mail, written or otherwise regarding appointments made to Housing Authorities either board members or employees thereof, and or board members or employees of MassHousing. The communications requested shall include any initiated by yourself or any member of your staff, or by the office of the Lieutenant Goveror of the Commonwealth, or the Governor of the Commonwealth.
• All communications, electronic-mail, written or otherwise regarding Michael McLaughlin, the former head of the Chelsea Housing Authority and current resident of Dracut, Massachusetts.
• All communications, electronic-mail, written or otherwise regarding John Zimini, Dracut Selectman, employee of MassHousing, and former employee of the Auditors office.
I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for photocopies, computer disks, or personnel time to comply with this request. If you expect charges to exceed $250, please contact me regarding this request.
As you are aware, I must be provided with this information within 10 days. If you cannot comply with my request, please provide an explanation in writing.
I’m wondering if this week, will be the “next week”, that I receive the documents requested?
