MASSterList: Fidelity and Evergreen say it to Legis.’ face - MBTA Budget – Nuke safety meeting

HOT SEAT: Executives from Fidelity and Evergreen Solar were the focus of a packed State House hearing yesterday, as a legislative oversight committee demanded answers (Commonwealth), to their faces, about the companies' moves out of the state (T&G, Reuters). The BBJ says the camera-shy Fidelity chief Abigail Johnson was a no-show. There was nothing in Sen. Montigny's favorite publication about the hearing, I checked.

MBTA: The MassDOT finance committee yesterday took a long, wary look (CW) at the MBTA's budget for next year. Then, this morning, a worked fell down a shaft (Herald) at Charles/MGH and was rescued.

POTENTIALLY VERY HOT SEAT: Gov. Patrick is getting ready for his meeting (NCN) about nuclear safety and so are the owners ( WBUR) of power plants in the region.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST: Witness the dawn of the Weld Renaissance (HuffPo), brought to you by John B. Stimpson.
