It’s no secret that I am a social conservative. And it’s for that reason that I am commenting on the linked story about our very own NEA (National Education Association).
As the story goes, the United Nations held a discussion recently about the status of education around the world. Naturally, the NEA wanted to get big labor’s viewpoint heard. And what a viewpoint it is:
“Oral sex, masturbation, and orgasms need to be taught in education,” Diane Schneider told the audience at a panel on combating homophobia and transphobia. Schneider, representing the National Education Association (NEA), the largest teachers union in the US, advocated for more “inclusive” sex education in US schools, with curricula based on liberal hetero and homosexual expression. She claimed that the idea of sex education remains an oxymoron if it is abstinence-based, or if students are still able to opt-out.
Think about it folks – the unions are now sitting at the table with the UN to lecture the world on how the United States needs more oral sex, masturbation and orgasm education. No doubt our POTUS thinks this elevates the status of the US in the world.
I wonder if those same teacher union representatives returned home to find their kids still out of school because teachers unions across the US are picketing and protesting the government’s simple effort to curb the outrageous benefits packages that teachers get? How superior they must feel knowing that they are among the compensation elites and they also get to lecture UN officials about sex? There must be a lot of swelled heads in that room.
This article highlights some good reasons to rid this nation of both the UN and the NEA. Let’s get the UN out of the US, because they are corrupting this country. They have become the ‘ATM of the third world” as Jay Severin once put it. They listen to our silly NEA talks about oral sex from a group of lazy, overpaid, malcontents with a degree in Socialist Studies. And then they gladly accept a check from the US taxpayers pockets. Driving this agenda is the NEA, which like all liberal groups, believes it has an obligation to share with the world all of its grand ideas through legislative means. Most teacher union reps can’t point to the US on a map and yet they feel morally superior enough to lecture poor minorities from war torn nations on how American students would benefit from more orgasms.
I wonder when the last time was that the NEA spoke to the UN about how to educate more with less money? I can’t imagine it was very recently, which tells us that its real concern is to protect big labor, and not children.
Teachers and their unions are hypocrites.
