Mass. Republican National Committee Members Endorse Perry for Congress
Ron Kaufman and Jody Dow lend their support to Perry’s campaign

SANDWICH – The Jeff Perry for Congress campaign picked up two high-profile endorsements today as the Republican National Committeeman and Republican National Committeewoman for Massachusetts both officially announced their support for Jeff Perry in the 10th Congressional District.

The announcement of support by Hon. Ron Kaufman and Hon. Jody Dow is the latest in a series of endorsements for Jeff Perry by well-known Republicans, including United States Senator Scott Brown and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney.

“I’m proud to support Jeff Perry’s campaign to be the next congressman from Massachusetts’ 10th District,” said Kaufman. “As Republican National Committeeman for Massachusetts, I witness firsthand the mess our federal government is in due to the Democrats’ control of Congress. We need to continue what we started last January with Scott Brown’s election and send another independent, reform-minded Republican to Washington to help stem the tide and bring some much needed fiscal restraint to Congress. Having supported Jeff for the past decade as he represented his constituents on Beacon Hill, I have no doubt he’ll be an effective and responsible voice for all the people from my hometown of Quincy down to the tip of Cape Cod if elected to Congress.”

Ron Kaufman, Republican National Committeeman, has served as an advisor over the last 25 years to Republican presidents, governors, members of Congress and a host of elected and appointed officials at every level of government. Starting his career in national politics in 1978 with the campaign for President of George H.W. Bush, Ron has held major political posts in the White House and in the Republican party.

Jody Dow, Republican National Committeewoman, is the Vice Chairman of the Northeast Region of the Republican National Committee. She is President of the Brookline Women’s Republican Club, and has also served as a Brookline Town Meeting Member and was the Chairman of the Brookline Planning Board.

“I am honored and humbled to receive the support of two of our state’s most hard-working and well-known Republican political figures,” said Perry. “I admire Ron and Jody greatly and I have tremendous respect for them as leaders of our party. I appreciate all that they do for Republicans across the state, and I appreciate their support of my campaign here in the 10th Congressional District.”

About News from the Tenth

  • National Committee Member endorsements in a primary don’t come easily.  This is a gigantic boost for the Perry campaign.

It is also a testament to the quality legislator, candidate and person we have in Representative Perry, along with the confidence of the Party that he will secure the win in November.

The 10th Congressional seat will be turned over to a Republican this year, and Jeff Perry will represent us well.

  • Freedomovertyranny

of the only TWO people who represent MA on the National level is big. Seems like you have all the key endorsements wrapped up. Good job,

  • Hudak vs. McCarthy?

    Golnik vs. Meas?

    Bielat vs. Sholley?

When will those endorsements be released?  I think there are eight Congressional primaries all told?

Candidates – be sure to ask NOW!  Primary day is coming soon!

  • The impressive list of endorsements continues to grow for Rep Perry.  As a voter in the 10th congressional district, it is evident as to who the most qualified and leadership possessing candidate is.  If Rep. Perry was not a leader or qualified for this position, such amiable endorsements would not have been granted to him and his campaign.  Rep. Perry, you have my support!

  • Perry is working hard and it shows!

  • Jeff you have the support of the majority of the established Republican figures in the tenth district, well done!

  • Jeff you have the support of the majority of the established Republican figures in the tenth district, well done!

  • Bullshit walks. How much did the national GOP donate to him?

  • Bullshit gawks. How much did the national GOP donate to him?

  • Jeff Perry will fare only slightly better than Ed Teague did.

What kind of campaign is Joe Malone running, anyway?

  • I thought Ron Kaufman and Malone were close.  I wonder who put the arm on him for the endorsement?  Brown?  Romney?

  • vote for JEFF PERRY!

These highly respected individuals would not have given their endorsement had they not recognized that JEFF is the candidate who will BEST serve the Tenth District and the COUNTRY!

    YES WE CAN!!!
