Plymouth County GOP poll doesn’t look good for Mihos making it out of convention

The Plymouth County GOP did a telephone poll of activist Republicans including 500 convention delegates.  The poll shows Mihos falling 5% short of the required 15% to get on the ballot.  From a Plymouth GOP press release:

The Plymouth County GOP has concluded it’s Pre-Convention sampling poll of over 800 Participants including 500 delegates. “The survey shows Christy Mihos holds exactly 10% going into the convention”, said Vincent Cogliano, Chairman of the Plymouth County GOP. Mihos needs at least 15% in order to remain on the ballot for a Republican gubernatorial primary.

This news coupled with Charlie Baker’s camp paying for a mailing by four losing state rep candidates from 2006 trashing Mihos makes it clear that the Baker camp is not planning on helping Mihos reach 15%.
