Rockland – The Plymouth County GOP is hosting a major campaign event from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, at the Holiday Inn, 929 Hingham Street (Route 228), Rockland, entitled “The Revolution Begins Here!” The event will bring together a large group of elected representatives, candidates for public office, Republican Party officials and activists throughout Plymouth County. The suggested contribution for the evening is $20, and refreshments will be served.
The event will be attended by Plymouth County GOP Sheriff Joseph McDonald, R-Kingston, District Attorney Timothy Cruz, R-Marshfield, state Sen. Bob Hedlund, R-Weymouth, and state representatives Daniel Webster, R-Pembroke, and Vincent DeMacedo, R-Plymouth; candidates attending include gubernatorial hopefuls Charlie Baker and Christy Mihos; Geoff Diehl, candidate for state representative 7th Plymouth District; Raymond Kasperowich, candidate for Congress 10th Massachusetts District; and Bill Hudak, candidate for Congress Massachusetts 6th District. Former New Hampshire Governor John Sununu, who also served as White House Chief of Staff to President George H. W. Bush and who is current Chairman of the New Hampshire Republican Party has been invited to give the keynote address.
