When an administration that has a general dislike for “government programs” and often shows their contempt for government by hiring cronies and incompetents, actually does something right, it is worth recognition.
Yes, a program that was fostered by the Bush administration has produced very encouraging results in ending the problem of chronic homelessness.
Of course only a liberal like me can acknowledge that a government program, properly supported, can actually work. So it is no surprise that this success story from the Bush Administration gets very little notice on a conservative blog.
