A new Rasmussen Reports poll has the Democrat controlled congress hitting SINGLE DIGIT approval ratings.
The percentage of voters who give Congress good or excellent ratings has fallen to single digits for the first time in Rasmussen Reports tracking history. This month, just 9% say Congress is doing a good or excellent job. Most voters (52%) say Congress is doing a poor job, which ties the record high in that dubious category.
To put that in perspective, more than three times as many people approve of George W. Bush than the Democrat Congress.
If House Republicans created an aggressive Reform Agenda, a la “The Contract with America” perhaps they could stem the loss of seats, or at least improve their generic ballot numbers.
