If McCain wins California now (edited)

will everyone credit the strength of the support for traditional marriage?  In 2000 voters came out 2 to 1 in favor or traditional marriage, and that was before the Supreme Court overturned their wishes.  Now you’d think they’d be even more motivated, and it’s unlikely that they would vote for the elitist San Fransisco fundraiser guy who probably supports gay marriage when they are voting for the marriage amendment.  With this on the ballot, Republicans will know they have a chance to take CA, and if McCain takes CA, it’s a cakewalk.  That’s good, because if he has to campaign too hard, he might keel over…
