New Jersey-based Spectrum Gaming will crunch the numbers in Patrick’s resort casino proposal, including estimates that it will create thousands of jobs and generate hundreds of millions in annual revenue.
Headed by well-known industry analyst Michael Pollock, Spectrum will be paid $189,000 out of state coffers for the study, which will take two to three months to complete, officials said. Spectrum has previously done such studies for new casino projects in Las Vegas, Pennsylvania, and Vietnam, among other locales.
